Who You Are
We are in search of a proficient Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the eCommerce Sales Manager to elevate sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Digital & eCommerce, you will have an immediate impact on digital advertising strategies, contributing to the expansion and acceleration of owned platform sales. This role will support the development and execution of sales and financial strategies across our client’s product portfolio. Collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, including eCommerce Sales, Digital Product Development, Brand Marketing, IT, and Consumer Experience Teams, as well as external vendors, is integral.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of 3 or more years in performance marketing, emphasizing digital channels and eCommerce.
Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and advertising technologies.
Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving KPIs and driving measurable business impact.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments with proactive identification of growth opportunities.
Collaborative communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional liaising.

Experience collaborating closely with eCommerce teams or sales managers.
Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
