About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital & eCommerce, this role offers a chance to make an immediate impact on digital sales platforms. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Thought Leadership:

  • Developing and executing plans to boost sales across Shopify and Amazon.

  • Collaborating on promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.

  • Presenting growth models and business reviews in collaboration with the Finance Team.

  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies for sales innovation.

  • Analytical Recommendations:

  • Evaluating pricing strategies for revenue maximization while ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

  • Mitigating risks related to sales fluctuations, inventory, and market dynamics.

  • Refining processes to enhance financial performance and business growth.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing sales tactics for improved metrics across platforms.

  • Negotiating terms, optimizing costs, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Contributing to market researchimprovements.


Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding eCommerce sales targets.

  • Adaptability, initiative, and expertise in Shopify and Amazon platforms.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Strategic leadership, collaborative communication, and self-motivation.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Office Suite or Google Sheets.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in Sales Management or Analytics, familiarity with diverse online platforms, and proficiency in relevant eCommerce tools.
