  • Leveraging The A-Way methodology, we do a detailed assessment of the hiring manager, senior stakeholders, organization and the team surrounding the role.

    The outcome is a 360° report identifying new perspectives and uncovering blind spots which will fuel our recommendations.

  • We'll use the 360° assessment to recommend improvements to the job description and secure alignment from all key stakeholders.

    The finalized role brief will act as the guiding star for both us and your team.

    In some cases, we may also conduct a benchmarking exercise to ensure the role criteria and expectations are aligned with the current talent market.
