Position Summary

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns and SEO strategies to improve website performance, increase traffic, and drive conversions. This role requires the ability to manage complex campaigns spanning multiple regions and markets, ensuring the success of both national and localized strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management for National and Local Markets:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for both nationwide and local markets.

  • Manage a mix of display ads, paid social, and paid search campaigns, ensuring consistency across national and local levels.

  • Develop strategies to align national branding goals with localized targeting to meet specific market needs.

  • Coordinate and track budgets for multiple campaign tiers (national vs. local).

PPC Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing Ads.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.

  • Develop A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.

  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.

SEO Strategy:

  • Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

  • Perform keyword research and analysis to inform content strategies.

  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize website copy, blogs, and other assets for SEO.

  • Monitor and report on organic performance, identifying trends and actionable insights.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track campaign performance and user behavior.

  • Create detailed monthly reports showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign insights, and recommendations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with account managers and creative teams to align campaigns with client objectives.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance clients’ digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in PPC management.

  • Knowledgeable of SEO strategies and AI tools with a firm understanding of their principles, best practices, and integration with overall digital marketing efforts.

  • Proven experience managing multi-market campaigns, including localized targeting strategies.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Tag Manager.

  • Solid understanding of website optimization, keyword research, and link-building strategies.

  • Comfort with presenting to clients and proposal writing.

  • Experience with managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Certification in Google Ads or SEO (preferred but not required).
