ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital media strategy development for pharmaceutical clients

  • Research and recommend media placement options for media programs, including but not limited to paid search (PPC), social advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), online video (including YouTube), programmatic, retargeting

  • Organize creative requirements for execution and share with creative

  • Gather campaign elements for set-up (banners, tracking, etc)

  • Develop text ads as required

  • Deploy/upload/traffic the campaigns

  • Engage with partner firms (e.g. Facebook)

  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis

  • Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve performance of campaigns

  • Develop ongoing reporting of media campaign performance

  • Provide insights into and recommended action items based on campaign performance

  • Develop and manage digital media plans; negotiate and purchase media

  • Manage the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activities

  • Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process

  • Interact daily and maintain rapport with digital media publishers

  • Analyze research data and media/marketing information; shares information with clients

  • Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2-4 years experience in a digital media planning/buying position

  • Bachelor/College degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals is a plus

  • Knowledge of Google Ads (ideally Google Ads certified) and Facebook Ads Manager

  • Strong knowledge of Programmatic, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedInand Instagram advertising tools.

  • Knowledge of Analytics tools (specifically Google Analytics), including setting up of UTM tagging, dashboards and data extraction for reporting

  • Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology: DoubleClick, Innovid, Prisma, Google Analytics

  • Preferred working knowledge of third party Internet marketing research:  comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, NetRatings, PMB, Prisma, DDS and others

  • Broad understanding of the programmatic landscape

  • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

  • Experience analyzing data and market research

  • Previous client facing experience is a plus 

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Highly developed relationship management skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving, budgeting, project management skills
