Senior Designer/Art Director

Our client, an innovative medical SaaS software company headquartered in downtown Toronto that is developing and selling novel cloud-based software platforms for radiologists worldwide. They are a global business and are proudly headquartered in Toronto – growing quickly!


Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and matrixed to the broader marketing and e-learning team, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging, innovative and functional digital experiences and marketing collaterals and will be the “owner” of the company’s visual brand identity. As Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing user experience and engagement through creation and design of content for our website, social media, digital advertising and email assets (banners, landing pages, email templates, etc.), sales and promotional materials, event materials including trade show booth design, and presentations and elearning materials. It would be a significant bonus if the candidate was proficient in MotionX (or other animation tools) and able to create animated software screen flows and animations. One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design and our customers and serving our brand’s purpose, business missions and customer needs.


Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma to design and develop digital and print marketing materials and bring positioning and messaging to life in an engaging and professional manner.

  • Develop designs for sales collaterals, such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers, schematics, etc.

  • Create graphics such as infographics, illustrations, icons, logos, etc.

  • Design and prepare visual content for Online e-Learning Modules

  • Plan and design marketing material for conferences, trade shows, and events, including designs for all our booth properties and elements, banner stands, in-booth videos, program brochures, and other event-specific marketing collateral.

  • Develop e-mail marketing templates and landing pages.

  • Develop and update company website content (Platform will be in WordPress)

  • Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets
