Digital Marketing Specialist

Our retail/eCommerce client is looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to their team! This candidate will be involved in the planning and implementation of paid media campaigns. We are looking for a data-driven individual who is passionate about eCommerce and has experience working with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords.

The position is responsible for executing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and is dedicated to driving customer acquisition and engagement through the process of strategic planning, campaign testing and results analysis.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms on Facebook Ads.

  • Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics on a daily basis, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

  • Help team with developing Paid Search Ad Copies, Keyword Research, and landing page optimization.

  • Generate regular reports and provide insights on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams s,uch as design, content, and analytics t,o ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working on paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ad creatives and campaign strategies.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
