Account Lead, Client Strategy
Our client, an award-winning global digital marketing agency with a strong presence across 6 countries, is seeking an Account Lead, Client Strategy to drive channel strategy, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional results.

As a key player in this fast-paced agency and a leader of your team, you bring enthusiasm and drive to the table. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you serve as the crucial link between agency teams and clients. Your responsibilities include ensuring all deliverables meet high standards, growing your revenue book, and identifying up/cross-selling opportunities.
In this integral role, you will take ownership of client relationships while providing leadership to implement processes and best practices. You will actively contribute to new business development efforts, shaping pitch strategies, pitch decks, and communications.

This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility of working 3 days on-site at the agency's downtown Toronto office, fostering collaboration and engagement with the team.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Track record of revenue growth and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the senior client service contact for integrated projects (SEO, PPC, Social, Display, Data Analytics)
Prepare client-facing documents and presentations
Ensure timely and budgeted campaign delivery
Take financial responsibility for monthly revenue from client portfolio and team
Drive client revenue growth and strategy within the agency
Manage monthly client billing
Support pitches alongside the Managing Director and Head of Departments
Coordinate client and team entertainment activities
WHAT YOU BRING:
Extensive digital marketing experience in SEO and PPC (programmatic display, paid social and ad ops preferable)
Experience with traditional media a plus, but not required
At least 8 years online marketing and/or media experience in a client facing role
Large agency background (Search or Media)
Entrepreneurial spirit - enjoys creating and implementing new processes and procedures that create efficiencies
