The President of the Toronto Office will lead a dynamic team of 50+ creative and advertising professionals, driving exceptional work and elevating the agency’s presence on a global stage. With a proven track record of shaping renowned global creative campaigns, this individual will harness their expertise to inspire teams, cultivate innovative thinking, and push creative boundaries.

About the Role:

As part of an independent agency with 400+ professionals across multiple offices, the President will be a strategic force in shaping Toronto’s growth, identifying new opportunities,and securing high-value clients. A natural relationship-builder and skilled negotiator, they will bring a strong network and the ability to forge lasting partnerships that propel the agency forward.

With an unwavering passion for creative excellence, the President will embody persuasive and charismatic leadership—representing the agency within the industry, championing a purpose-driven culture, and uniting the team under a bold, shared vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the agency’s senior representative in all external engagements, cultivating high-impact relationships with key stakeholders—including clients, competitors, investors, financial institutions, government bodies, and industry associations—to drive strategic partnerships and enhance market positioning.

  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the Toronto office, articulating the agency’s values, vision, mission, and achievements with clarity and authority, strengthening brand reputation and industry influence.

  • Drive market leadership and innovation by spearheading bold marketing strategies, launching new products and services, and ensuring the agency remains ahead of industry trends to sustain competitive advantage.

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans, ensuring the Toronto office not only meets but exceeds revenue and profitability targets while maintaining alignment with the agency’s overarching business objectives.

  • Deliver high-impact business planning by presenting comprehensive annual strategic plans and financial forecasts to the board, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with the agency’s long-term vision.

  • Exemplify persuasive, visionary leadership, inspiring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of creative excellence, collaboration, and continuous evolution.
