Head of Marketing

About the Role:

This position is an exciting opportunity to combine business strategy, marketing expertise, and sales leadership. The Head of Marketing will define and execute strategies that amplify growth across existing and emerging business segments while ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy (15%)

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new opportunities and optimize current product performance.

  • Prepare business cases, guide investments, and assess partnerships for ROI and scalability.

  • Advise leadership on strategic adjustments to stay on course.

2. Marketing Leadership (35%)

  • Revamp the marketing function, refine KPIs, and create data-driven campaigns.

  • Lead efforts to enhance digital and traditional marketing, supported by tools like Dynamics, Power BI, and SaaS solutions.

  • Build and oversee the Marketing team, including hiring a Marketing Manager.

3. Sales Oversight (30%)

  • Align marketing and sales efforts for greater synergy and impact.

  • Support the Sales team in targeting ideal customers and hitting revenue goals.

  • Drive initiatives that improve the client onboarding journey.

4. Project Leadership and Collaboration (20%)

  • Lead or contribute to cross-departmental projects, new product rollouts, and business initiatives.

  • Participate in management and revenue committees to address challenges and track progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in business leadership roles.

  • At least 2 years in a similar role with direct impact on the lead-to-client journey.

  • Proven success managing products, services, and teams of 5+ direct reports.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • This role combines remote and in-office work, with 50–75% flexibility for remote days.
