Strategy Director (100% Remote w/ travel to USA)
Our client is a U.S. based, independent creative and brand marketing agency with a rapidly growing software platform that partners with leading consumer brands across the hospitality sector throughout North America.
We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a flair for creativity who can discover innovative solutions to challenges faced by our clients and their customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both branding and consumer behavior, with hands-on experience in developing design tools like customer journey maps.
This individual should be driven, collaborative, and eager to contribute fresh perspectives in a team setting. Most importantly, they should be able to resonate with our clients' audiences, comprehend what drives them, and assist our team in crafting ideas that deliver real value.
As a remote-first company, you'll engage in frequent virtual meetings, but you have the flexibility to work from almost any location with a reliable internet connection.
Key responsibilities:
Integrate audience insights, competitive analysis, and brand uniqueness to shape
brand strategiesExtract insights from both qualitative and quantitative data
Bring target audiences to life for internal teams and clients
Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of various projects
Help clients navigate market shifts and competitor movements
Craft briefs and collaborate with the team to develop concepts
Create content strategies, themes, and plans for digital platforms
Develop strategic presentations and tactical plans to guide client initiatives
Produce points of view that assist clients in understanding industry changes
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in the design, marketing, or advertising sectors
Ambitious, self-driven, and capable of working independently
A portfolio showcasing creative work or strategic marketing thinking
Above all, a problem-solver who enjoys tackling unique challenges
