Our client, a fast growing performance marketing agency, is looking for their next full-time Media Planner to support their rapidly growing performance marketing agency and lend to successful client campaigns and programs. The Media Planner will play a key supporting role in client marketing initiatives by actively researching, planning, building out media strategies, and plans to help achieve business objectives.

The Media Planner will be actively researching, planning, building sound media strategies & plans to help achieve business objectives. This is largely a role specializing in executing campaigns through mainly digital channels, building relationships with vendors and maximizing the impact of client’s marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of each stage in that process, and ensuring their team has the data, capacity and inputs needed to execute their projects at the highest level.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to development of media plans for multiple clients including audience profile creation, RFP’ing vendors, and contributing to the development of strategy and tactical development.

  • Researching, negotiating & developing strong vendor executions.

  • Evaluate proposals, coordinate budgets and manage campaign implementation.

  • Monitoring, tracking and proactively optimizing client campaigns to achieve KPI’s.

  • Generating & communicating key program insights and actions directly to clients.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 1 year experience working in an agency or media vendor environment and is ready to move someplace where they are valued, have better work/life balance and can see the impact of their work.

  • Proficient knowledge of media channels and key evaluation metrics.

  • Good at interpreting data and deriving insights based on your analysis.

  • Highly organized and can bring a high level of passion and energy to their internal and external dealings.

  • Someone who is ready to lay down roots at one organization and build their career as the company grows.
