PLG Growth Marketer
(Remote USA or Canada)

You bring deep expertise with multi-channel paid media abilities, product-led growth and have strengths + passion for working with B2B SaaS organizations, driving customer acquisition.

The organization provides an all-in-one health & wellness software is a revolutionary way for H&W Practitioners to replace multiple practice management tools with this one tool which is similar to Thinkific/Coursera/Kajabi + Calendly + Google Calendar + Enterprise CRM + Nutrition Trackers + Stripe ….all in one centralized application!
Our client has experienced tremendous growth since its launch in 2017 because of an exceptional product and customers who enthusiastically champion them. Serving over 10,000+ customers in over 70+ countries across the globe, over 65% of their customers’ growth comes from word of mouth and referrals.
As a PLG SaaS B2B business, this role will be at the center of a lot of decisions for the organization. You will be responsible for optimizing the user experience from awareness to acquisition to activation and monetization and influence retention.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone, with a 5 years of PLG + B2B Saas experience, who is organized and methodical and can lean into understanding both the data and the people. You have previously taken an experimentation approach to run campaigns and support growth, you are familiar with B2B SaaS Marketing funnel metrics, and can speak to supporting moving the needle in terms of lead generation and revenue growth within a Marketing team.
About The Role:
This role is that of an individual contributor, but we are looking for someone with great leadership qualities who can effectively manage agency partners and work cross-functionally with a proactive posture. This is a meaty job that requires both strategic aptitude and a love of getting your hands dirty. This a small team and relies on everyone rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
About You:
You’ll leverage the brand vision and drive customer acquisition growth via their paid channels including but not limited to email, podcasts, practitioner interviews, website/product pages, landing pages and social. As the Product-led Growth Marketing Manager, you will report to the VP Marketing and work both independently and with agency partners to evolve and improve inbound channels they have traction in, experiment with new channels and tactics, bring more traffic to their website, and ultimately find their pathway to repeatable and sustained growth.
Your main duties include maintenance and optimization of paid channels, running campaigns end-to-end, designing and executing growth experiments, and working across to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and lead generation.
You’re experienced in crafting strategies to drive product-led growth and support conversion rate optimization through the customer funnel using Content, Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, and Partner/Affiliate channels.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience with a range of B2B SaaS Marketing Channels
B2B or DTC SaaS experience, PLG is a huge plus
Solid experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
Familiarity with Hubspot and Pendo/Amplitude, Google Analytics.
Excellent quantitative analytical skills, and a good understanding of qualitative.
A good communicator: Reporting and writing (copy writing not required).
Organized, strong attention to detail, analytical, and can troubleshoot and research to unblock technical issues.
Other attributes: Resourceful, results-driven, quality-obsessed.
Team-oriented and collaborative work style and a bias for action
Passion, or keen interest in the Health & Wellness space is a plus
This Position is open to North American residents and will work in EST office hours, with travel to the H.Q. a few times/year as needed.
